We can serve cups of ice cream and sorbet.

Good for indoor or outdoor events. The cart can fit through any handicapped accessible entrance door and on most elevators.

Cold plate technology allows us to be electricity-free for up to 12 hours!

The food truck is 8 feet wide, 14 feet long and almost 10 feet high. Power comes from a low decibel gas generator.

We can offer cups, sundaes, shakes, floats, soup (clam chowder is the most popular), water, coffee (hot or cold), refreshing beverages, mocktails, anything that does not require a grill, ventilation or a fire supression system.

This is an actual food truck, as opposed to a traditional ice cream truck. The driver does not canvass neighborhoods. We will need a flat, stable surface to park and serve your event.

When you need to serve hundreds of people in a limited time, THIS is our specialty!

Perfect for large company picnics, employee appreciation events, school/university student and faculty events, or large weddings.

We can serve over 400 people in one hour FROM EACH CART! If you need more, we can include our truck.

How do we do it? Our half pints are packed and sealed as soon as the ice cream is made. A half pint (1 cup) is the equivalent to two scoops at a scoop shop.

If an ice cream truck has to take orders and scoop ice cream on location, a very long line will form. People will spend all of their available time waiting with no time to enjoy their ice cream.

Also, this is an incredibly clean method of serving ice cream in hot weather. It also ensures no cross contact with flavors containing allergens like peanut butter ice cream.
